Q (QUESTION) Here, you will find a video and transcript of the presidential "State of the Union" Address. It is an important speech for America as it comes only once each year. Please watch the video and/or read the transcript. As issues are raised, consider their relevance. Do you see a need for this particular issue raised by the President? What do you see as the reason behind discussing this particular political subject? How do you see the issue as important for the next year or beyond? Do current political developments have relevance for what we see in the speech? You might also consider the rhetorical strategies used as well. Answer in detail here and offer logical analysis of the issues and rhetorical strategies; feel free to comment on the strategies used as well. This is not a political (pro/anti) assignment.
